About the Role:

As a Senior CX/UX Designer (AI Innovation for Tax & Accounting), you will take on a more influential role in driving the design process. You will work on complex user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and lead user research initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

 Hybrid: Eight days a month we come together in the closest office (ET/CT) within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. You will report to the Principal CX/UX Designer, and work under the leadership of the Director, CX/UX Design. Required Job Qualifications (5yrs minimum ): 

Wireframing: Advanced skills in creating detailed and user-centered wireframes and user flows.

User Research: Proficiency in planning, conducting, and analyzing comprehensive user research studies.

Prototyping: Strong ability to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes.

Usability Testing: Expertise in leading usability tests and deriving impactful design insights.

Design Systems: Advanced knowledge of developing and maintaining consistent design systems.

Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to align cross-functional efforts.

Presentation: Advanced skills in presenting design rationale and user research findings.

Accessibility: Competence in designing accessible user experiences according to standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for complex projects.

• Plan and conduct comprehensive user research studies and usability tests.

• Synthesize research findings into actionable design recommendations.

• Develop and uphold design systems and ensure consistency across products.

• Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback on their work.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.

• Drive the iterative design process based on user feedback and usability testing.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and technologies.

• Present and defend design decisions based on user research and best practices.

• Ensure all design work adheres to accessibility standards and guidelines.

Compensation:

$85,600.00 - $149,400.00 USD

 

This role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
