About the job

As a Senior Customer Success Specialist, you will be the single point of contact for our strategic accounts - ensuring seamless communication, operational excellence, and a best‑in‑class customer experience. You will own the end‑to‑end order lifecycle, from order intake through delivery and payment, partnering closely with cross‑functional teams across Order Management (OM) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Your work will directly support our operational execution, strengthen customer relationships, and enable the successful delivery of our business plans for some of the most important accounts in the LS&Co. portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts, providing clear updates on order and delivery status.
  • Act as the key operational contact for commercial teams, using market and customer insight to support commercial strategy execution.
  • Manage customer inquiries end to end orders, shipping, shortages, product questions, returns, and discounts.
  • Ensure customer specific requirements (VAS, bagging, booking) are met in line with compliance rules.
  • Work with Logistics, Distribution, Sales, and Planning to secure timely shipments and resolve supply issues.
  • Step in for the France Order Operations Lead when requested to support coordinating team activities and representing the function in key discussions.
  • Be part of projects to represent the country needs/specificities
  • Maintain accurate customer data and ensure proactive communication across stakeholders.
  • Oversee external service provider performance for OM and AR activities.
  • Support EDI implementation and troubleshoot ordertocash automation issues.
  • Provide technical SAP and O2C process knowledge to support simplification, automation, and transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor cash collection, support dispute resolution, and help escalate AR risks and billing discrepancies.

About You

Qualification & Experience

  • 3+ years in B2B or e‑commerce customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • SAP or similar ERP experience (2–3 years preferred)
  • Strong Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements)
  • Experience in OM or AR; apparel experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English and French

This is a hybrid position based in our Warsaw office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is PLN 121,600.00 – PLN 162,000.00 per year. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
