You will provide high-quality customer support to healthcare professionals and internal partners. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and improve processes. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent service and customer experience to GSK first-trade customers (wholesalers, pharmacies, hospitals, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal customers.
Follow agreed customer service standards and processes (master data, sales order processing, queries/complaints, supply chain issues).
Report suspected adverse events, quality complaints or other safety information in line with GSK processes and timelines.
Cooperate with warehousing, distribution partners and LOC quality functions.
Support Good Distribution Practice: perform tasks per procedures, report deviations and quality complaints to LOC Quality, and participate in product suspension/withdrawal processes.
Develop, change and document GDP procedures and take coordinating/preventive actions in case of non-compliance.
Ensure timely completion of required trainings in My Learning and timely month-end CS activities (financial validations, SOX control comments for France).
Provide input for audits, modify security stock at LOC Quality request, and back up Customer Service Manager (France) activities as needed.
Onboard and train new Customer Service specialists/interns, and support deployment and training for project implementations and process updates.
Basic Qualification:
Good knowledge & experience of logistics processes and systems.
Continuous improvement mindset.

High motivation and engagement.
Great communication skills and focus on patients and internal and external customer.
Leadership skils.
Very good level of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
SAP knowledge (Sales & Distribution module).
French language - advanced level.
English language – very good level.
