Position Summary:
The Senior Customer Service Representatives deliver high-quality service to clients while managing the entire customer lifecycle. This includes invoicing, order processing, quotations, and keeping master data accurate. You will take on a proactive role in meeting complex customer demands promptly and with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service in invoicing, administration, order management, quotations, and master data.
- Handle partner concerns and complex customer requirements, working strictly within guidelines and collaborating with sales, distribution, and finance teams to resolve issues.
- Become proficient in Customer Relationship Management systems.
- Adhere to company policies, operational regulations, and training guidelines.
- Meet key performance indicators and engage in initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Contribute to projects and assignments that align with business expectations.
- Maintain high data accuracy and quality, and participate in training development.
- Use daily customer service reports to assess and direct activities.
- Participate in cross-training and support activities during peak seasons.

Experience:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience in an SSC/multinational environment.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred but not required.
Education:
- Requirement includes a high school diploma or relevant experience; having a Bachelor’s Degree or corresponding experience is advantageous but not necessary.
Working Conditions:
- Repetitive typing and regular computer use.
- Typical office environment physical demands.
