About the role đ„ïž
Based in Paris within the Commercial team, this Senior CRM Manager (maternity cover) role leads the CRM Product Features scope (fully automated flows).
The mission is to maximize campaign efficiency, user engagement, and business impact through product-driven CRM features such as Saved Search, Price Drop, Make Me An Offer, and similar automated experiences. These flows are user-facing and operate across email, push, in-app, and notification center channels.
The team is currently focused on deepening CRMâProduct synergies, scaling high-impact use cases, strengthening targeting and orchestration logic, and elevating performance measurement to drive incremental revenue and user activation. This role sits at the intersection of CRM strategy and product enablement, requiring strong ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate autonomously in a highly cross-functional environment with Product, Tooling (Braze), and Data teams.
