Atlas HXM is hiring an exceptional, business-minded Senior Counsel, Commercial Law – Partnerships to join our high-performing Legal & Compliance team. This is an impactful leadership role in which you'll be a driving force behind Atlas HXM's Employer of Record ("EOR") business — structuring and negotiating the complex, high-value commercial agreements that power our ability to hire, pay, and support workers across 160+ countries on behalf of our clients and partners, while safeguarding our company's global operations.
You will partner closely with cross-functional teams within Sales, Partnerships, Operations, and Finance, and provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice and support on a wide variety of partner-related commercial deals and issues. You will own deal strategy end-to-end — shaping negotiation approaches, closing critical agreements, and fostering strong, trust-based relationships both internally and externally. You will also work closely with colleagues in Legal & Compliance to ensure Atlas HXM's unwavering commitment to global compliance is always fulfilled.
This position reports to the Director, Assistant General Counsel, Commercial Law, and offers the opportunity to lead significant deals, manage others, and work alongside C-level executives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic industry. The ideal candidate combines deep EOR market knowledge with elite negotiation skills, exceptional written and verbal communication, and the emotional intelligence to navigate high-stakes conversations and difficult personalities with integrity and poise. We are looking for someone who is principled without being rigid, commercially sharp without losing sight of the bigger picture, and who takes full ownership of everything they touch.
