Astera Labs is seeking a Senior Corporate FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in San Jose, California. This role is critical to driving financial strategy and operational excellence as we scale our AI infrastructure connectivity business. As a key member of the FP&A team, you'll own the full financial planning cycle—from budgeting and forecasting to variance analysis and strategic scenario planning.
This is a highly visible position where your work directly informs executive decision-making and board-level discussions. You'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our core financial models and processes while supporting the leadership team with actionable insights that drive business performance.
