The firm seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel to join its lean, high-caliber legal team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this attorney will work at the center of the firm's deal activity — partnering with the GC and senior bankers on some of the most consequential technology transactions in the market, while contributing to the broader legal strategy of one of Silicon Valley's most respected financial institutions
