Senior Corporate Actions Administrator – Associate 2

Role Purpose: An excellent opportunity has arisen at the Associate 2 level within Corporate Actions which involves carrying out a high risk function within the operation. The successful candidate’s responsibilities primarily include the timely and accurate processing and verifying of client Corporate Actions instructions and accounting transactions in Investment Books of Records (IBOR) for respective allotted clients for Global market events within a Middle Office environment. This will also involve working closely with Global (Sub) Custodians around the entitlement confirmation process on behalf of a diverse client base. 

 Role  Responsibilities : 

  • Act as an Expert of an operating team providing support and control over complex and time critical corporate action events and transactions. 

  • Account transactions in Investment Books of Records (IBOR) for respective allotted clients and reconciling entitlements. 

  • Provide training and coaching to team members 

  • Assist managers by prioritizing the workload and being involved in team’s productivity 

  • Ensure effective risk management by completing assigned task with highest accuracy  and ensuring timely escalation and resolution of pertinent issues. 

  • Act as a subject matter expert support on projects and initiatives aimed at improving the corporate action product. 

  • As assigned process and/or resolve complex issues such as, but not limited to, analyze and research Corporate actions across the globe 

  • Assist and co-ordinate procedural changes to the current process  

  • Identify areas where a process can be automated 

  • Deliver effective client service 

Key Knowledge/Qualifications/Experience: 

  • Proven experience in Corporate Actions environment is an advantage 

  • Understanding of Corporate Action Lifecycle 

  • Knowledge of Swift Messaging Standards (ISO 15022) 

  • A good understanding of the financial services industry  

  • Fluent in written and spoken English 

  • Good knowledge of financial instruments 

  • Good knowledge of Custody Banking 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package 

  • Educated to a degree level (preferred)

Minimum Salary:

zł68,004 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
