Pratt & Whitney is hiring a Senior Coordinator to join our dynamic Military Engines team! We're seeking a highly motivated, self-driven professional with a passion for excellence to provide top-tier, multi-dimensional administrative support to directors and executive-level leaders. In this key role, you’ll play a vital part in our organization's success, utilizing your strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment to navigate complex tasks with minimal direction. What You Will Do:

  • Manage executive calendars/schedules and provide advance notice on important meetings to support appropriate preparation. Screen/field incoming scheduling requests and effectively manage incoming and outgoing communications in an efficient and confidential manner.
  • Provide timely responses, as well as direct items to appropriate individuals for action and/or informational purposes for the program’s director and executive director.
  • Format presentations and materials for various reviews; create Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents.
  • Plan and arrange domestic and international travel, and process and submit expense reports promptly.
  • Manage supplies for the department, order, and organize as necessary. Arrange catering for internal and external meetings. Process and track invoices, coordinate any moves into and out of the area, and submit required "move" paperwork.
  • Support the Military Engines Fighter & Mobility leadership team and special projects, assignments, or managers as required, including developing standard work where applicable. Also support CORE/team-related activities.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • An Associate of Arts/Associate of Science degree (or other 2-year post high school training) and 6 years’ experience providing administrative support, including support to senior leaders or executives, or a High School diploma and 10 years of applicable experience.
  • U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), attention to detail, and the ability to interact effectively across all levels of a large, complex organization.
  • Ability to take direction, respond to changing priorities, and juggle multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Proficient computer skills to include experience in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines/schedules and work independently with minimal direction for completing tasks.
  • Must be a team player and handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient Calendar Management experience for multiple senior leaders.
  • Experience working for the U.S. Government.

  • Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.

The salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
