About the role
We’re reimagining how people interact with MYOB through natural language and AI. As a Conversational Designer (AI Experiences), you’ll craft the words, tone, and flow that shape how customers talk to, and through our AI experiences.
You’ll design intuitive, trustworthy, and human conversations. You will work will span chat interfaces, and in-product assistants to micro-prompts and AI explanations. You will run discovery and work closely with our research and data specialists on measurement and the design of experiments based on customer behaviour to help us continuously shape and refine our AI models.
You’ll work alongside designers, researchers, and engineers to turn complex technology into clear, empathetic dialogue that feels uniquely MYOB.
The Skills you need:
Proven experience in UX writing, content design, or conversational AI.
Strong writing craft: clarity, brevity, empathy, inclusivity, and technical precision.
Experience designing conversational or AI-driven experiences (chatbots, assistants, or adaptive interfaces).
Understanding of UX and interaction design principles.
Familiarity with Figma, Miro, and prototyping tools (e.g. Voiceflow, Botmock, or similar).
Exposure to prompt design, natural language generation, or LLM-powered products a plus.
Collaborative mindset: thrives in cross-disciplinary environments (design, research, product, engineering).
