What you will be doing:
The Senior Continuous Improvement Supervisor is responsible for leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing organization. This role focuses on implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency. The position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to influence a culture of continuous improvement at all levels.
How you will do it:
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead cross-functional Kaizen events and improvement projects to enhance productivity and quality.
Foster a culture of Lean thinking and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Process Analysis & Improvement
Create and coach teams on Value Stream Mapping (Assess the Current state of the plant’s Operations; Develop Future State vision and drive and monitor the implementation plan.)
Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Design and maintain systems, processes, and tools to support improvement initiatives.
Develop pull systems and drive toward single-piece flow to optimize material and information flow.
Training & Development
Train and mentor employees on Lean principles, tools, and methodologies.
Facilitate workshops and continuous improvement training sessions for staff at all levels.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for improvement projects.
Monitor progress and report results to senior management.
Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to ensure sustained improvements.
Collaboration & Change Management
Work closely with managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
Lead change management activities to support process transformation.
What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement leadership roles.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
Strong knowledge of Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED, Std Work, A3 Problem Solving, Waste Elimination, Yamazumi Boards, etc.) and Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver measurable results.
Has shown initiative, the desire to drive change and is motivated to exceed expectations.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,000 - 106,500 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This role offers a
