The Senior Content Strategist supports QVC and HSN and plays a pivotal role in aligning content strategy with business objectives to drive the success of our Paid Social Meta program.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, or NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
Utilize your comprehensive knowledge to develop strategies and processes in collaboration with business and brand teams, translating insights into creative guidance and solutions. Present these strategies to management and stakeholders in an engaging manner that aligns with brand values.
Partner with execution teams across Brand Creative, Content, Merchandising and Platforms to ensure successful implementation of creative initiatives, managing project timelines and deliverables in partnership with cross-functional team leaders.
Stay informed about cultural, technological, and market trends to contribute to strategic and creative innovation within the industry.
Partner with Consumer Insights and Customer Experience teams to mitigate complex problems, using data to convert business and consumer information into actionable brand insights.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in developing and executing successful creative strategies
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Arts, or related field.
