About the opportunity

As a Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to ensure content is meaningful, useful, accessible, and aligned to both brand and customer experience.

Your primary role is to oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle, from discovery and strategy to creation and optimisation. An important part of your role is also to mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, facilitating their learning and growth while managing complex digital builds.

You will sit within a cross-functional team of UX/UI designers, developers, data analysts, and producers to support with:

  • Championing a user-first mindset with a deep understanding of customer journeys and accessibility.
  • Writing, editing, and optimizing copy aligned with brand strategy and marketing objectives.
  • Navigating and coordinating across multi-agency environments to ensure delivery consistency.
  • Building transparent, trusted relationships with clients to manage expectations around content scope and timelines.
  • Applying Agile or hybrid methodologies to manage competing priorities and deliver at pace.
  • Learning to produce pages using an enterprise CMS and providing candid feedback to foster a trusted growth environment.

We value demonstrated experience in two or more of the following areas:

  • Content design or digital content strategy within a complex stakeholder environment.
  • High proficiency in Figma (or similar design programs) and wireframing.
  • Working knowledge of content management, templates, and governance in Sitecore or other enterprise-level CMS.
  • Utilization of analytics tools such as GA4 or Hotjar to drive insights.
  • Experience in or for automotive brands.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools like Miro, JIRA, and Confluence.
