Senior Content Strategist
Huge is looking for a Senior Content Strategist to join the Strategy team. In this role, you will help shape the future of intelligent experiences. You’ll work at the intersection of traditional content strategy and emerging AI technologies designing content systems that power generative and agentic experiences while maintaining the rigor of information architecture, governance, and user-centered design that defines excellent content strategy. This role is for someone who can lead complex content strategy initiatives independently, facilitate client workshops, and serve as a trusted advisor on both foundational content strategy and cutting-edge AI implementations. You'll bridge the gap between strategy and execution owning strategy definition from discovery and solutions to implementation and post-launch optimization. Note: this role is not a copywriting, UX writing, content marketing, content editor, or manager position. This is about architecting content systems both traditional and AI powered.
Internally, Senior Content Strategists work with Interaction Designers, Product Strategists, Developers and Visual Designers to create innovative content solutions. Huge is a highly collaborative environment and we need someone comfortable working as part of a team who can still work autonomously.
Externally, our Senior Content Strategists are expected to grow relationships with clients, presenting their conclusions in a clear and concise manner. They don’t just explain the reasoning behind our work—they make the client excited for what we’ve produced. We want Senior Content Strategists who love nothing more than unraveling tough problems and inspiring people to think about content in fresh new ways.
