As a Senior Content Management Analyst, you will play a central role in developing and delivering high-quality digital content. You will lead content projects, use data and analytics to improve performance and work closely with colleagues across teams. Your work will be published on our flagship research platform and will contribute directly to how our customers engage with and experience our content.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position. You will work in a hybrid setup from our Shenton Way office (3 days per week work from home) #LI-Hybrid.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Apply industry best practices and stay informed on market developments

  • Analyse complex information and exercise sound judgment

  • Manage your work independently while leading key projects

  • Contribute expertise within your team and across related functions

  • Communicate clearly, including on complex or sensitive topics.

  • Produce tax content, including commentary and practical guidance for professionals using our research platform

  • Develop timely updates and thought leadership on regulatory and industry changes

  • Build and maintain strong subject matter expertise to ensure accuracy and relevance

  • Use customer feedback, usage data and insights to enhance the user experience

  • Apply SEO and analytics to strengthen content performance

  • Manage internal and external contributors.

ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years’ experience in a tax and accounting within public practice

  • Experience as a Business Services Accountant, Intermediate Accountant or Tax Accountant is an advantage

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce or Law

  • Strong writing and communication skills.

  • Project management: deliver content from planning through to publication

  • Writing and editing: produce clear, concise and accurate content

  • SEO and analytics: use data to guide content decisions

  • Collaboration: work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • CMS knowledge: manage and publish digital content

  • Research and awareness: keep up with industry trends.
