The Senior Consumer eCommerce Specialist – Affiliates owns the vision, strategy, and execution of GE Appliances’ affiliate marketing channel, driving scalable, incremental, and profitable revenue growth. This role leads both public and private affiliate programs through the Awin platform, optimizing partnerships to expand consumer reach, improve conversion performance, and strengthen competitive positioning.

This individual serves as the subject matter expert for affiliate marketing—balancing growth, brand integrity, and retail channel alignment—while partnering cross-functionally to ensure cohesive promotional strategy and operational excellence.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Strategy & Growth Leadership

  • Own and lead the end-to-end affiliate strategy across public and private programs within Awin, delivering incremental and profitable revenue growth.

  • Develop and execute scalable growth plans that expand consumer reach and improve conversion efficiency.

  • Identify new publisher segments, partnership models, and performance opportunities to drive channel expansion.

Performance Optimization & Commercial Management

  • Design and optimize commission structures, publisher mix, and promotional participation to remain competitive while protecting margin and retail alignment.

  • Continuously analyze performance trends, attribution data, and ROI to uncover growth opportunities and improve channel efficiency.

  • Establish clear KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and inform executive stakeholders.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee day-to-day affiliate operations including publisher recruitment and onboarding, offer deployment, promotional execution, commission management, and compliance monitoring.

  • Ensure seamless campaign activation aligned with broader brand, product, and retail calendars.

  • Maintain strong governance standards to protect brand integrity and enforce affiliate quality guidelines.

Influencer & Editorial Partnerships

  • Build and scale influencer and affiliate-supported editorial partnerships that increase brand awareness and drive qualified, revenue-generating traffic.

  • Cultivate high-value relationships with content publishers, deal sites, loyalty platforms, and editorial partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Brand, eCommerce, Marketing, PR, Product, and Sales teams to align campaign messaging, promotional priorities, and commercial objectives.

  • Serve as the affiliate channel expert, translating performance insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Innovation & Channel Evolution

  • Evaluate emerging technologies, partnership models, and affiliate platform capabilities to enhance program effectiveness.

  • Proactively identify tools and strategies that improve automation, scalability, and measurement accuracy.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, brand marketing, marketing analytics, sales, or project management.

  • Experience managing or supporting affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, influencer marketing, or performance-based marketing programs within retail, consumer goods, or eCommerce environments.

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.

  • Proven experience using performance metrics and ROI analysis to optimize marketing initiatives.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Preferred

  • Experience working with affiliate or partnership platforms such as Awin.

  • Demonstrated success scaling affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing initiatives.

  • Familiarity with affiliate publisher ecosystems including content partners, loyalty platforms, deal sites, and editorial publishers.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on tactical execution.

  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for evolving digital marketing trends, partnership innovation, and performance marketing strategies.
