We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant - Treasury Management Systems to join our Professional Services team, supporting French-speaking and international clients.

About the role:

As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key contributor to delivering complex treasury management system projects. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, combining strong treasury functional expertise with deep product knowledge to successfully deliver upgrades, migrations, implementations, and transformation initiatives in international project environments.

About the team:

You will join a highly experienced Professional Services team delivering projects across Europe for large corporates and financial institutions. The team works closely with project managers, product experts, hosting teams, and global delivery centers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge‑sharing culture focused on quality delivery and client success.

What you will be doing:

• Delivering upgrade, migration, and implementation projects of our Treasury Management System (Quantum), from design through go‑live
• Supporting version upgrades, including impact analysis, testing coordination, and go‑live support
• Configuring and supporting TMS modules such as Front Office, Cash & Liquidity, Accounting, Back Office, and Reporting
• Running and contributing to client workshops (functional reviews, upgrade readiness, solution design)
• Analyzing and resolving complex functional and technical issues, including workflows (EWF), reports, and integrations
• Working closely with project managers, hosting and product teams to ensure high‑quality delivery
• Contributing to best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the Professional Services organisation

What you bring:

• Strong experience implementing Treasury Management Systems in a consulting function or a similar Professional Services environment within the Finance industry
• Solid understanding of Treasury and its processes (cash management, payments, debt, derivatives, accounting, risk)
• Ability to work independently on complex project streams while collaborating effectively in larger teams
• Good functional and technical understanding of TMS architecture, upgrades, reports, workflows, and interfaces
• Proven experience engaging with client stakeholders in structured project environments
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Ability to travel to clients (currently less than 20%, can be up to 40%)

Added bonus if you have:

• Previous experience with Quantum and cloud migrations (Private Cloud to Public Cloud / AWS)
• Exposure to integration topics (bank connectivity, SWIFT, Trax, third‑party systems)
• Prior experience mentoring junior consultants or acting as a functional stream lead
