What will you do?
In this position, you will join our Environmental and Sustainability business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of Environmental and Sustainability projects.
We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it is the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.
Support diverse projects including:
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
Environmental Monitoring & Audit (EM&A)
Air quality, noise, water quality, ecology, waste management, land contamination, and remediation
Apply practical expertise in environmental modeling software such as RoadNoise, CadnaA, EMFAC, AERMOD, and similar tools
Provide technical input and solutions in air quality and noise management
Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with environmental standards
Attend meetings, coordinate, and communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients

What can you bring to the team?
Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent
Master’s degree or above with research experience is an advantage
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Consultant
Demonstrated experience in preparing environmental assessment and approval documentation
Strong communication skills with clients, authorities, contractors, and architects
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
Excellent organisation, presentation, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Self-motivated and ambitious, with a desire to grow with our team
Strong drive to innovate, create, and collaborate through design
Membership in professional organizations is highly desirable:
HKIQEP (including Air/Noise Modelling Professional Certification)
HKIOA
HKIEIA or equivalent
