Job Description Summary
Senior Analyst will be part of the Pan European Capital Markets Group, supporting cross border investment origination and execution across European markets, with a primary focus on Logistics, and exposure to Living and Retail sectors.

Key responsibilities
- Analysis of real estate investment opportunities and pricing potential across European markets, including coordination of inputs from local country teams, for pitching and origination purposes.
- End‑to‑end support and project management of cross‑border transaction origination, including formal pitching processes and brokered investment transactions (with potential supporting debt mandates).
- Execution support for buy‑side and sell‑side mandates, including preparation of marketing materials, coordination of due diligence, data room management and negotiation support.
- Execution or oversight (in coordination with local teams) of real estate analysis, financial modelling, return assessment and business case evaluation.
- Active participation in pan‑European transaction teams and close cooperation with Capital Markets, Capital Sourcing and sector specialists.
Geography & reporting
- Based in Poland, with flexibility to travel to London and other European markets on an ad‑hoc basis (minimum once, typically twice per month).
- Reporting to Head of Capital Markets I&L EMEA, with day‑to‑day functional support from the local Capital Markets team.
Candidate profile
- 3–4 years of post‑graduate experience in real estate, capital markets or financial analysis roles.
- Fluent English is essential (German would be an advantage).
- Strong analytical skills combined with structured, well‑organised working style and ability to think creatively to find solutions.
- Self‑aware, self‑disciplined team player with strong communication skills and an approachable personality.
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and tight deadlines.
- Demonstrable use of emerging AI / tech tools to improve speed and quality of delivery will be a strong advantage.
