The Role

Ready to transform how we think about compensation data? We're looking for a Senior Compensation Manager who'll revolutionise our data management and compensation strategy through smart analytics, automation, and AI.

You'll blend reward expertise with analytical skills to drive efficiency, enhance decision-making, and develop our forecasting capabilities. Plus, you'll help position Flutter Reward as a leader in AI-enabled, data-driven practices.

What you'll be doing

Data & Analytics

  • Be our go-to data analytics authority for all things reward-related
  • Recommend how AI can enhance our processes and add real value
  • Develop sophisticated market data analysis and collect real-time trends
  • Design advanced budget models and compensation forecasting tools
  • Work with our Pay Equity team on statistical analysis and compliance reporting

Systems & Transformation

  • Lead optimisation of our compensation systems and processes
  • Oversee implementation of advanced pay equity software
  • Research and implement smart automation and AI initiatives
  • Automate survey data collection, salary range creation, and job levelling

Partnership & Innovation

  • Collaborate across teams to enhance analytical capabilities
  • Support transformation initiatives across the wider Reward function
  • Work closely with our Reward Strategy team
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Governance & Documentation

  • Lead data integrity initiatives and maintain governance standards
  • Document analytical methodologies and automation processes
  • Create system requirements and automated workflows
  • Develop user guides and training materials

How you'll do it

You'll have extensive experience in reward or data analytics covering employee data analysis and forecasting using advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python/R. You'll also have knowledge of process transformation through automation, HR systems management, job architecture, and pay equity compliance requirements.

  • Can handle sensitive compensation data professionally

People & Stakeholders

You'll be a subject matter expert delivering significant individual contribution. You'll directly manage 1-2 Analysts or Senior Analysts and may mentor others in the team.

You’ll report to the Director of Compensation & Reward Transparency and work with Group Compensation, Reward and HR Business Partners, Finance teams, Enterprise Technology, Group People Analytics, and Regional People teams.
