We will count on you to:
- Manage a portfolio of clients within Mercer’s reward products business, with a primary focus on salary surveys.
- Build and maintain strong client relationship with key accounts and/or assigned industries.
- Serve as the industry lead for this portfolio, collaborating closely with other analysts to retain clients subscribed to Mercer products/surveys and to expand client accounts for survey and data subscriptions within the industry.
- Mentor analysts in addressing data inquiries for client accounts and providing service for Mercer products.
- Conduct analysis on compensation and benefits data, identify compensation trends, benchmark job evaluations, design salary structures, and engage in advanced rewards, performance management, bonus design analysis, and consulting projects.
- Provide strong support in delivering custom survey/project assigned across all domains of total rewards working closely with the project managers. Grow in the role to become project manager for such consulting projects.
- Create presentations and reports on analytical insights and industry trends.
- Embrace a client-centric mindset by proactively identifying and addressing client needs.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory fulfilment of client requests.
What you need to have:
- 4 to 6 years of prior experience in compensation rewards consulting.
- Domain knowledge in Total Rewards across salary structure, grade levelling, job evaluation applications, incentive pay design, etc.
- Willingness to solve real client problems and create impact.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
- Ability to build rapport easily and maintain relationships with various teams/stakeholders.
- Readiness to actively contribute to a collaborative, innovative team culture.
