The Senior Compensation Analyst will collaborate with leadership to analyze the effectiveness of existing compensation programs, guidelines, and procedures. Participate in developing recommended plan revisions as well as new plans which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and business objectives. Participate in all components of the annual pay structure review including administration of base and variable pay programs. Collaborate with People Strategy Partners and department leaders to provide guidance on the development of new or changes to existing job descriptions and then conduct market pricing analysis. Participate in cross-functional project teams within human resources that are aligned with strategic goals and initiatives. Contribute to multifunctional teams and coordinate projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications: Senior Compensation Analyst
Minimum of four years' experience administering market-based pay programs and/or financial experience to include modeling cost analysis, data interpretation and analysis required.
Bachelor's degree required.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint required.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills required.
Highly detailed and analytical skills required.
Ability to identify problem, recommend alternatives, and collaborate to implement necessary changes required.
Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities required.
Preferred Qualifications: Senior Compensation Analyst
Experience administering market-based pay programs and/or financial experience to include modeling cost analysis, data interpretation and analysis in a healthcare setting preferred.
HR systems experience with market pricing and modeling and job descriptions preferred.
Experience with variable pay programs preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, human resources, or related field preferred.
Coursework in statistical analysis preferred.
Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred.
Knowledge of human resources and compensation best practices preferred.
Certified Compensation Professional coursework/certification preferred
