The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leadership role in shaping the health and wellness culture at Allegro MicroSystems. As a Senior Company Nurse, you will not just be providing clinical care; you will be the strategic driver of our comprehensive health programs. You will have the autonomy to develop and implement initiatives that directly impact the well-being of our entire workforce, ensure legal compliance, and act as a key health advisor to the company. This role offers the chance to make a significant, positive impact by fostering a safe, healthy, and productive work environment for a leading global technology company.
 

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Health Program Management & Strategy:

    • Develop and implement the organization’s comprehensive health program in compliance with all health and legal standards.

    • Conduct surveillance of worker’s health based on medical records, analyze its implications, and recommend appropriate administrative actions.

    • Customize and implement health awareness campaigns based on emerging diseases and national health concerns.

    • Periodically coordinate with government agencies on new regulations and recommend updates to company health policies.

    • Optimize the section's budget by sourcing free resources, medicines, and vaccines.

  • Compliance & Reporting:

    • Present health objectives and plans during internal and external audits.

    • Consolidate and submit required occupational health and safety reports to DOLE and the Bureau of Working Conditions.

    • Generate all necessary reports and documentation related to Clinic Services.

  • Clinical Care & Employee Support:

    • Administer First Aid treatment to employees for ailments and accidents.

    • Conduct initial medical assessments (patient interviews, vital signs) before consultations with the company physician.

    • Act as a resource speaker during the New Employee Orientation Program (NEOP).

    • Facilitate the registration of new hires with the City Hall.

Who You Are (Qualifications/Desired Skills):

  • Education & Licensure: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and have a valid professional license.

  • Certification: You preferably have an OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) certification, though it is not a strict requirement.

  • Experience: You have at least two years of nursing experience in a hospital or company setting.

  • Skills:

    • You are proficient in MS Office applications.

    • You have strong skills in patient care and understand health delivery systems.

    • You can communicate effectively in English.

  • Location: You are willing to be assigned to our Bicutan, Paranaque site.
