Boeing is hiring a Senior Communications Specialist – Total Rewards to be based in Seattle, WA. This communications professional will partner with Human Resources and collaborate with others on the Communications and Brand team to create compelling communications and campaigns in support of Boeing’s compensation and incentive programs, one of the core elements of the company’s Total Rewards for all employees. The successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the capability to build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead communications planning and execution for Boeing Total Rewards compensation and incentive programs in support of the company’s global workforce

  • Partner with Human Resources (HR) team and other cross-functional internal stakeholders to effectively communicate Total Rewards initiatives and other company priorities

  • Develop and implement ongoing, continuous campaign to educate and engage employees on the full value of their Total Rewards

  • Innovate communications strategy by scaling internal best practices and adopting new approaches to maximize impact and results

  • Create employee-centric communications that are strategic, compelling, and illustrate the company’s commitment to offering competitive compensation, combined with the best benefits in aerospace

  • Collaborate across Communications team, including HR, business unit, program and local/site levels to develop and implement cross-channel strategies that meet employees where they are

  • Analyze performance metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve engagement strategies and optimize communication effectiveness

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience working in internal, executive and/or external communications, and across a range of communications channels

  • 5+ years of experience in written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences

  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 

  • 3+ years of experience supporting communications for corporate Human Resources

  • 3+ years of experience supporting communications for aerospace or aviation

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $119,850 - $162,150
