POSITION SUMMARY

The Commercial Program Specialist position is an individual contributor role that reports to the Brand Management Manager.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works with management, personnel in other areas, and outside vendors to develop, communicate, and implement new Programs increasing value and leading to long-term committed sales. Coordinates and delivers internal and external events and meetings.
  • Participates in conducting group meetings of internal and external stakeholders to present, explain, and stimulate enthusiasm in both current and potential Programs.
  • Researches, develops, coordinates, and implements strategic Programs to meet organizational initiatives.
  • Conducts on-going analysis of new program opportunities and coordinate test programs as needed.
  • Investigates and studies programs and trends of competitive companies and participants and appraise apparent results.
  • Works closely with current Program vendors to ensure program implementation, ongoing performance, and success. Manage day-to-day relationships with applicable vendors to efficiently meet the strategic Plan goals and objectives.
  • Coordinates the collection of data for and makes recommendations on operating budget. Works with accounting and organization personnel to process and manage expense budget. Monitors expenses and prepares reports.
  • Coordinates the compilation of Program KPIs. Determines the need for and obtains information to supplement other requests and reports.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or other related discipline required or five (5) years of marketing, brand, analytics, supply chain or other related experience in lieu.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in marketing, brand, 
    analytics, supply chain, or other related area required.
