About the role:
The Product Manager serves as the strategic and commercial leader for a business card management platform that enables financial institutions to deliver secure, intuitive, and scalable credit card management experiences to their business and commercial clients. This leader owns the product vision, roadmap, and end‑to‑end lifecycle, ensuring the solution evolves to meet market needs, regulatory expectations, and business goals.
The Product Manager collaborates closely with Product Owners, Technology, Design, Business Analysts, Client Services, and GTM teams to deliver a cohesive, revenue‑generating product that empowers businesses to oversee cards, control spend, access reporting, and manage users.

This team of seasoned professionals works to deliver new and enhanced key functionality and features for a business credit management platform. Within this team, there is an environment of support, collaboration, and ownership.
What you will be doing
Define and evolve a clear product vision and multi‑year roadmap informed by customer needs, competitive insights, and industry trends
Translate market knowledge and customer feedback into actionable product initiatives, features, and release priorities
Stay current on business customer behaviors, pain points, and regulatory expectations to drive continuous improvement
Partner with product owners and technology leads to define features, refine requirements, and ensure high‑quality delivery
Lead cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, UX, shared services, and subject matter experts to deliver cohesive solutions
Support platform modernization and new capabilities, including virtual cards, enriched data, and mobile enhancements
Drive product launch readiness, including pricing, pilots, training, and go‑to‑market coordination
Monitor product performance using defined objectives and key metrics such as usage, revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational health
Ensure reporting, audit trails, and administrative controls meet financial institution compliance needs
Communicate roadmap progress, priorities, and trade‑offs clearly with leadership, partners, and client institutions
What you will need
Experience managing SaaS, fintech, or card‑related digital products or programs
Strong understanding of card controls, reporting, and digital financial tools for business users
Proven ability to turn market insight into clear product plans and execution priorities
Comfort making informed, data‑driven decisions in complex or ambiguous environments
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, mobile applications, and payment or authorization workflows
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
Passion for driving innovation and challenging the status quo
Added bonus if you have
Experience with business or commercial credit card programs or card management platforms
Exposure to virtual cards, alerting, expense workflows, or fraud and authorization insights
Understanding of financial institution operations and regulatory considerations impacting card solutions
