Not RequiredCollins Aerospace is looking for a Sr. Commercial Manager supporting the Boeing 737 Lavatory product line within the Interiors business. The incumbent will be responsible of establishing and executing a commercial strategy with OEM and Airline customers.
The ideal candidate would be an ambitious leader who excels at building and fostering relationships externally and internally. In addition to a strong aerospace and business development background, the incumbent would have strategic vision, strong understanding of P&Ls, a sound business acumen and the ability to negotiate and solve complex issues.
What You Will Do:
Ensures commercial coverage by establishing capture strategies and generating new opportunities to meet or exceed commercial targets
Establishes and executes negotiation strategies
Track the progress of the contractual changes and report out the status to the wider stakeholders within the business
Generate and manage metrics pertaining to the processes that are clear, concise and actionable if escalation is required
Conducts sales campaigns, presents tailored product pitches and Unique Selling Points to customers at airlines, lessors and OEMs
Identifying any areas of commercial opportunity or risk, highlighting any potential mitigation to any risks identified
Has a strong network of customer relationships and builds new relationships with key stakeholders at different leadership levels
Works with the Proposal focals to establish bid strategies, tools and tailored deliverables to facilitate business development campaigns
Liaises with internal departments and external agencies to ensure full communication and success of commercial strategies
Identifies new business opportunities for new and existing products; proposes initial plans to harness these opportunities
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
Experience with customer/account management in manufacturing or related discipline
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience in Interior Monuments (or similar systems) with the ability to develop and deliver presentations to OEM and airline customers
Change management and negotiation experience on large capital programs
Demonstrated business acumen and strong financial calculations understanding
Results-driven leader with strong communication skills, able to motivate others and effectively engage stakeholders at all levels
Builds strong relationships with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence

The salary range for this role is 145,600 USD - 276,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
