We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to help grow our Light Industrial Vacuum category. This is a high-impact role for a senior and commercially sharp individual who thrives on collaboration, insight, execution and connecting people around a shared ambition.

As Senior Commercial Manager, you will act as the commercial anchor for the Light Industrial Vacuum category. While you won’t have direct line management responsibility, your impact will be felt across markets through indirect leadership, strong partnerships, and clear direction. You will be expected to balance strategic thinking with hands-on commercial execution, supporting markets while also challenging them to raise the bar.

The position is based in Nordhavn, Copenhagen and reports to Vice President for the Light Industrial Vacuum & Private Label Business Unit.

What You’ll Do

  • Taking end-to-end commercial ownership of the Light Industrial Vacuum category, ensuring markets are aligned around priorities, plans, and performance expectations

  • Communicate a clear category strategy — including portfolio focus, pricing logic, and growth levers — and translate it into practical, actionable guidance for markets

  • Set targets, track performance and actively support markets in closing gaps and accelerating results

  • Partner closely with local sales and marketing teams to support launches, key customer initiatives, and business cases — providing structure, insight, and advice

  • Work cross-functionally with product management, marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure the category is supported end-to-end and positioned for long-term success

  • Use data, market understanding, and customer insight to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, and guide smart decision-making — always balancing ambition with realism

  • Represent market needs and realities back into the global organization, ensuring strategies remain relevant, competitive, and customer-centric

What You Bring

  • +5 years experience in commercial leadership, sales excellence, or business development within B2B, ideally in an international or matrix environment.

  • Comfort in leading without authority—you influence through credibility, empathy, and clarity.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn numbers into meaningful stories and actions.

  • Experience working with indirect sales models or distributors, plus a customer-centric mindset.

  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to challenge constructively.

  • Clear, engaging communication style—across cultures, levels, and functions.

  • Willingness to travel internationally
