About The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the system and parameter strategy for our Debt Management System (CBOSS) and Auto-Dialer Platform (Ameyo), supporting a large-scale operation of around 700 desk collectors. You will lead problem-solving for all voice-related collection channels, including dialer, softphone, and robocall, and ensure these channels run efficiently and effectively. You will also oversee the end-to-end SDLC for voice solutions to continuously improve contactability, performance, and operational efficiency. This role collaborates closely with operations, risk, product, engineering teams, and external SaaS partners to deliver impactful, scalable solutions for our collection ecosystem.
