Senior Clusters Software Release Manager

NVIDIA is looking for an experienced Clusters SW Release Manager to join the Israeli Networking Cluster Solutions group. The manager will be responsible for assessing, planning, and managing the SW releases driven by NVIDIA's clusters in Israel. Direct communication with Architecture, Marketing, SW Technical Program Management, Networking Clusters Project Managers, Infrastructure and SW Execution teams, and all relevant stakeholders within NVIDIA. Accountable and responsible for the success of the relevant Cluster build programs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own entire activities associated with SW release planning and execution based on NVIDIA Clusters in Israel

  • Co-work with NVIDIA teams on different disciplines associated with Nvidia SW release process

  • Ensure Cluster based SW releases are delivered on time and in high quality

  • Manage periodic release meetings within NVIDIA and with external stakeholders to track and monitor SW release meetings

  • Present release status to NVIDIA senior executive team

  • Collaborate with teams across the globe to drive process changes that can help improve development and release workflow.

  • Matrix management of internal teams and resources for successful execution of projects and activities

  • Resolve issues when they appear and raise red-flags when needed

What we need to see:

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience, MBA - an advantage

  • 10+ years of overall experience, at least 6+ years managing software projects and releases

  • 4+ years of R&D experience as a SW/FW Engineer (Networking – an advantage)

  • Experience as an exceptional individual with a mixture of technical, project management and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in a global working environment, global companies and partners
