About the Role

The Senior Clinical Support Specialist serves as a key liaison between patients, telehealth physical therapists, and the care team, ensuring a seamless and effective virtual care experience. This role is responsible for providing expert-level clinical support for patients with musculoskeletal (MSK) issues, leveraging a strong physical therapy background to enhance patient-provider communication, guide patients through their treatment pathway, and optimize treatment adherence. • MSK Expert Consultation: Leverage deep knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, injuries, and rehabilitation to provide specialized guidance to patients and support the clinical team. This includes offering creative solutions for at-home exercise modifications and customized exercises based on patient needs.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on their MSK diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment plan. Effectively demonstrate and guide patients through exercises virtually, providing clear cues and feedback to ensure proper form.
  • Coordination and Documentation: Serve as a coordinator of information between patients and the clinical team, documenting all patient interactions and observations accurately within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support to patients and clinicians to resolve connectivity or platform issues and escalate to Product/Engineering
