Job Description Summary

This role focuses on driving the clinical strategy for design, development, and integration of products intended for neonatal care. The position ensures that products meet safety, efficacy, and usability standards while supporting positive outcomes for newborns and their families and healthcare systems.

Job Description

* Lead and contribute to the development lifecycle of neonatal products, from concept through validation and implementation.

* Provide subject matter expert-level clinical expertise related to clinical workflows
* Conduct in-depth clinical workflow analysis and provide recommendations for optimizing system utilization to meet specific patient, family and user needs to improve patient outcomes.
* Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and educational materials for end-users, super-users, and technical staff on the effective use of our clinical applications.
* Act as a primary liaison between clinical and academic clinicians, including key opinion leaders to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate product innovation and enhancements based on clinical feedback.

* Collaborate with cross functional team ( engineering, clinical research, regulatory, product management and marketing) to ensure products align with clinical needs.

* Influence product strategies and development priorities based on evidenced-based practice and patient centered care.

* Shape workflows and protocols that integrate new products into clinical settings efficiently.
* Troubleshoot complex clinical issues, escalating as necessary, and working collaboratively to ensure timely resolution and minimize operational disruption.
* Stay current with industry trends, clinical best practices, and competitive technologies to continuously improve product knowledge and customer support strategies.
* Contribute to the creation and maintenance of clinical documentation, best practice guides, and knowledge base publications and collaterals.


Job Qualifications

* DnP, or PhD in Nursing with a specialization in Neonatal Care
* Minimum of 10 years of clinical leadership experience working directly healthcare teams with a strong understanding of clinical workflows.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex clinical workflows.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate information to cross functional teams
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to travel frequently (up to 50%)
* Clinical certification or licensure (e.g., RNC, CNS) is highly desirable.
