About the Role:
As a Senior Client Trainer, you will take on more advanced responsibilities, including designing and delivering more comprehensive training programs. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring clients can leverage our products effectively, contributing significantly to team goals and organizational success.

• Create comprehensive training materials and resources.
• Provide in-depth knowledge transfer on complex product features.
• Conduct needs assessments to tailor training solutions.
• Lead technical training workshops and webinars.
• Analyze training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Handle escalated client inquiries and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams to stay informed about product updates.
• Mentor junior trainers and support their development.
• Maintain detailed documentation of training procedures and best practices.
