Senior Client Success Manager – Private Sector

Job Description:

DXC Technology is seeking an ambitious, growth-oriented Head of Private Sector to lead the expansion of our Consulting & Engineering Services business across key commercial industries.

This is a consulting-led growth leadership role focused on significantly scaling CES across Energy and Utilities, Manufacturing and Engineering, and Media and Entertainment sectors. This role has Customer Success Managers reporting to it.  These roles drive account growth, cross sell and upsell and are the pivotal role in the account and territory structure.  This has a P&L Responsibility for $80m CES Revenue with challenging growth targets

The successful candidate will define and execute a private sector growth strategy, building senior executive relationships and establishing consulting-led entry points that translate into large-scale Applications, Data and AI, and Enterprise Application transformation programmes.

This role requires a commercially driven leader with a strong consulting background, capable of shaping compelling transformation narratives and engaging credibly at C-suite level.

Private Sector Growth Strategy

• Define and own the CES private sector growth strategy
• Identify whitespace opportunities across target industries
• Build multi-year industry account plans and growth roadmaps
• Drive new logo acquisition and strategic deal development
• Establish CES as a transformation partner beyond infrastructure services

Consulting-Led Market Penetration

• Lead consulting-led sales motions into new clients and buying centres
• Shape high-value advisory engagements to create strategic bridgeheads
• Convert early consulting wins into scaled Applications, Data and AI programmes
• Articulate compelling industry-specific transformation stories
• Position enterprise applications and digital engineering as growth enablers

Executive Relationship Leadership

• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business leaders
• Engage confidently and credibly at C-suite level
• Understand sector-specific regulatory, operational, and investment drivers
• Influence executive decision making and transformation direction

Business Development and Deal Leadership

• Create and maintain a high-quality, qualified pipeline
