Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Senior Program Manager to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex programs, managing project scope, budgets, and executive-level client relationships to ensure seamless execution. You will join a high-performing team of Client Principals and Solution Architects dedicated to delivering world-class implementation strategies for our global partners.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead Program Execution: Drive the creation and management of comprehensive program plans, overseeing daily operations and resource allocation to ensure milestones are met within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
Drive Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for external clients and internal leadership, facilitating daily scrum meetings and presenting progress reports to align delivery with customer expectations.
Ensure Governance and Compliance: Maintain rigorous project documentation, including Risk, Action, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) logs and status reports, ensuring all delivery activities comply with organisational standards and agile or waterfall methodologies
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Significant experience in managing multiple concurrent Information Technology (IT) projects and large-scale software delivery
Strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including expertise in managing JIRA boards, epics, and user stories
Proven ability in stakeholder management and executive communications, with the capacity to lead cross-functional, matrix-based teams
Fluency in both English and Thai to effectively support regional client interactions and documentation requirements.
