How do we work?

Our Funding Team works globally from Canada, UK, Poland and Singapore; they are ensuring that all deposit and withdrawal transactions for Client’s cash accounts within their areas of responsibility are processed within 24 hours to the correct Client account for the correct amount. Additionally, each Senior Client Cash Management Associate is responsible for working collaboratively with Client Experience, Onboarding and Compliance Teams. It's a great opportunity to learn everything how we take care of our Clients and have wide further development opportunities!

We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office 4 times per month.

In this role, you will:

  • Processing all Client cash transactions within a 24-hour period while adhering to compliance and company policies and that any exceptions are addressed on a daily basis.

  • Responding to all Clients' cases related to funding issues, resolving Clients' problems with transactions.

  • Performing daily reconciliation of Client funding transactions and resolving the problems.

  • Closely working with regulators, banks and auditors on as-needed basis.

  • Being an expert of in-house client cash management systems & Salesforce and obtaining knowledge about various funding channels & payment types used across the world.

  • Acting as trainer to other Client Cash Management Associates and ensuring that new employees are properly trained and developed. 

  • Taking part in additional projects to support the global strategic goals of the organization and the Client Cash Management Team.

What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Min. 3 year of previous experience in Finance (AP/AR), Client Experience or Transaction Processing area.

  • Fluent English.

  • Flexibility - ability to work evening shifts (as additional support) in unexpected and urgent situations (APAC and US time zone). 

  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good analytical skills. 

  • Willingness to make methods and processes productive and efficient; ability to monitor business news, industry changes, market situations - and apply existing knowledge to make the right decisions.
