Your new role

In this important role, you will:

  • Manage an end-to-end portfolio of large loss and complex commercial property claims, with support from highly experienced leaders

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through clear, proactive, and empathetic communication across verbal, written, and face-to-face interactions

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with brokers, customers, suppliers, and internal partners

  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days look the same

  • Help drive continuous improvement across the broader claims function by applying your expertise and insights

About You

To succeed and grow in this role, you will bring:

  • Corporate property claims experience, including ISR (Industrial Special Risks) claims

  • A calm and resilient approach, with the confidence to make sound decisions even under pressure

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to guide customers and stakeholders through complex situations with clarity and empathy

  • Solid computer skills, a willingness to learn new systems, and the ability to prioritise effectively

  • A proactive, self‑motivated mindset with a passion for delivering excellence and embracing change

  • A commitment to continuous improvement and contributing to the overall performance of the claims function
