About the Role

At Four Seasons Pearl, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional culinary experiences. As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in leading a section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation while supporting the overall success of our culinary team.

What You Will Do

  • Supervise and manage a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to Four Seasons’ standards of quality and consistency.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
  • Train, mentor, and support junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef on menu planning and innovation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to minimize waste.
  • Ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality.
  • Contribute to cost control and efficient use of resources.

What You Bring

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
