About this role
As the Senior Change Manager, you are responsible for supporting in the development of the nib Group Change Capability Framework and operating model, and for the execution of the nib Group Change Management Strategy and overall delivery of change.
The role leads the successful delivery of change, communication and operational projects into critical operational areas of the business through effective strategies that combine change, communications, and training, and technical components ensuring that our business is able to support our employees to deliver superior solutions and customer experience.
With a particular focus on supporting the uplift of our risk management culture and competency across the Group, the role is responsible for developing the change management framework, stakeholder mapping, communications strategy and training approach, ensuring continuous success through monitoring, tactics to reinforce learning and refresher training.
About you
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in leading change management or transformation programs within regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, or insurance. A strong understanding of risk management frameworks will help ensure change programs are supported by robust governance and reporting structures.
You’ll thrive in complex, multi-disciplinary environments, applying your familiarity with change management methodologies like Prosci ADKAR, alongside project delivery frameworks such as Agile and Waterfall, to deliver outcomes effectively.
Your expertise in risk-in-change governance and reporting will be critical to embedding risk culture across the Group. With a hands-on approach to change delivery and strong stakeholder engagement skills, you’ll ensure that every initiative is communicated clearly, supported by training, and reinforced through continuous monitoring and improvement.
Desired skills:
Experience in the health insurance or broader healthcare sector
Experience delivering change via electronic media/virtual settings
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) is highly regarded
Experience with technology risk and financial services
Experience in operational risk, control testing, and regulatory engagement
