The Role
The Senior Change Management Consultant will lead the design and execution of change strategies that accelerate adoption and minimize resistance during enterprise transformations. This role is pivotal in shaping the experience for impacted users, leaders, and teams, ensuring that organizational objectives are achieved through effective change enablement.
You will conduct change impact analyses, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and develop tailored communication and engagement plans. You’ll bring deep expertise in organizational change management, including Prosci-certified practices, and apply project management disciplines to ensure timely and effective delivery.
In this role, you will:
Lead change impact assessments to identify risks, readiness gaps, and stakeholder needs.
Design and implement communication and engagement strategies that drive awareness and commitment.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions and sponsor coaching to build leadership capability for change.
Apply Prosci and other OCM methodologies to embed change into transformation programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change activities with business outcomes and adoption metrics.
Develop and maintain OCM tools, templates, and dashboards for tracking progress and measuring success.
Support internal change initiatives and contribute to the evolution of OCM best practices within the organization.

As a Senior Change Management Consultant, you will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, collaborating with Architects, Project Managers, and Technical SMEs. You’ll work as part of the Outcome & Change team within the Enterprise Transformation portfolio, contributing to strategic initiatives that drive meaningful impact across client organizations. Required skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field.
8+ years of experience in organizational change management and enterprise transformation.
Proven experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness analysis for technology implementations.
Strong knowledge of OCM frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and hands-on experience applying them end-to-end.
Skilled in workshop facilitation with diverse stakeholder groups, including executives and sponsors.
Experience designing and executing communication and engagement strategies for system rollouts and behavioral change.
Background in leadership alignment and executive enablement during transformation programs.
Prosci certification and demonstrated ability to lead complex change initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate enterprise change programs, including stakeholder engagement and adoption tracking.
Familiarity with AI-driven tools and a mindset for leveraging technology to enhance change enablement.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience in consulting or client-facing roles, including proposal development and delivery.
Exposure to enterprise transformation initiatives involving cloud, data platforms, or AI.
