Senior Change Consultant
As Senior Change consultant within Retail Payments, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of payments. You will join the Management Team, support and report directly to the Tribe Lead, and contribute towards strategy development and implementation. You will draw up, implement, guarantee and monitor internal business processes and act as a linking pin with a wide range of internal stakeholders to enable an effective and efficient operation.
This position provides a broad insight across Retail Payments and requires someone who combines common sense, curiosity and maturity with excellent judgement, ability to multi-task, setting the right priorities and organizational sensitivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and advising on the day-to-day operations of the Tribe Lead. This includes preparation for meetings with both internal and external stakeholders such as supervisors, works council, ExCo and MBB/SB.
- Organising and managing the adequate functioning as board secretary of the Management Team, including agenda preparation, ensuring adequate recording and follow-up of decisions and continuous improvement of working methods and the effectiveness of the team and product family.
- Project management of varying projects that are of high relevance to the Tribe lead and Product Area Leads. The content of such projects and time available to spend on it, depends on the candidate’s knowledge, skills and interests.
- Provide clear, effective communication—both written and verbal—to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and implement plans or policies.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clarity and confidence under pressure.
- Act independently, applying structured problem-solving and comprehensive knowledge to complex challenges.
About You
- Strategic and influential expert with proven track record of 10-year experience in delivering change in complex, dynamic environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in organisational transformation, ideally within an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand and manage complexity.
- Collaborative mindset, able to listen actively and challenge constructively to drive progress.
- Resilient under pressure, with a strong work ethic and a proactive, ‘can do’ attitude.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A Master’s degree is required.
