We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh Risk on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne or Sydney that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Senior Change Analyst at Marsh Risk, you will be instrumental in setting up and delivering change initiatives that drive faster adoption and higher utilisation of change across the organisation. You will lead the development and execution of fit-for-purpose people change management strategies, engaging a broad stakeholder audience across multiple business units, segments, and locations.
