As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will own the operational excellence of rider use cases such as Airports, Scheduled Rides, Business rides, and Categories. You will translate business needs into clear processes and playbooks, partner with Local Ops and cross-functional teams, and drive measurable improvements in reliability, adoption and unit economics.
The Senior Operations Specialist will raise use case adoption and GMV through operational levers, as well as improve reliability and quality through clear standards and playbooks. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for surface insights and creating opportunities for Product, Growth, and Pricing.

- <point>Master the Metrics: Own the leaderboard by monitoring core KPIs and delivering actionable performance insights across global markets.</point>
- <point>TPilot & Scale: Lead high-visibility operations in priority cities, turning experimental wins into repeatable, global success stories.</point>
