What this job involves:

Drive technical excellence as a Senior CAD/CAFM Analyst with JLL, where you'll serve as a critical technical specialist managing complex drawing systems and CAFM platform integrations that support strategic workplace decisions for corporate clients. You'll combine advanced CAD expertise with facility management system knowledge to ensure accurate space allocation tracking, compliance with industry standards, and seamless data integration across multiple platforms. This role positions you at the center of workplace transformation initiatives, where you'll collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver precise technical solutions while supporting CAFM system implementations for new clients. Your expertise will directly contribute to JLL's reputation for technical precision while you develop strong client relationships and demonstrate financial acumen in program management within a collaborative, results-driven environment.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Create, update, and review master drawing files in accordance with redlined drawings and instructions, ensuring all documents follow JLL standards, layering formats, and office space measurement standards (BOMA, IFMA, RICS)
  • Review drawing files within AutoCAD and field redline drawings for completeness, create attributed polylines for space allocation tracking and charge backs, and capture required changes to layouts, polylines, and labels 
  • Load drawings into Computer Aided Facility Maintenance (CAFM) platforms or Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), capturing attribution changes including space categories, types, standards, employee names, and organization codes
  • Perform test fits per redlined drawings and provided instructions, ensuring accurate space planning solutions that meet client requirements and workplace optimization objectives
  • Interact with key client and JLL stakeholders, provide drawings per instruction including hard copy and digital requests, and ensure relevant stakeholder updates on task completion  
  • Assist in implementation of CAFM systems and IWMS for new clients, providing technical expertise and ensuring smooth platform transitions and data migration
  • Apply financial acumen and program management skills to profitably execute and deliver technical solutions while developing long-term client relationships and facilitating conflict resolution

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent education in Corporate Real Estate with 3-5 years of CAD/CAFM technical and project-related experience in corporate environments  
  • Strong working knowledge of at least one CAFM system (TRIRIGA, Archibus, Manhattan/Centerstone) with 3-5 years of experience in AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Revit
  • Strong understanding of occupancy planning and architectural design principles with comprehensive knowledge of the Occupancy Planning discipline and space measurement standards
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Word with ability to manage complex data integration and reporting requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate ideas concisely and without personal bias while building outstanding interpersonal relationships
  • Program management capabilities with ability to self-govern, make sound decisions, facilitate conflict resolution internally and externally, and collaborate effectively across teams  
  • Proven ability to develop relationships that lead to long-term assignments with demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and client service delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional CAD software platforms, advanced BIM modeling capabilities, or specialized CAFM system customization and integration
  • Professional certifications in architecture, engineering, or facility management (IFMA, BOMA, or similar) demonstrating commitment to industry standards and best practices
  • Experience leading technical implementation projects, managing cross-functional teams, or serving as subject matter expert on complex workplace transformation initiatives Enhanced financial acumen with experience in space cost allocation, charge-back systems, or real estate financial modeling and analysis Background supporting organizational transformation initiatives, system migrations, or technology adoption programs within corporate real estate environments
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts, developing technical solutions for diverse industries, or supporting large-scale corporate real estate portfolios
