As a Senior Buyer, you will play a critical role in enabling reliable product availability while balancing cost, risk, and supplier performance. This role offers broad visibility, strong supplier ownership, and meaningful cross‑functional influence in a regulated, fast‑moving environment.

What You Will Do

  • Manage strategic and tactical purchasing activities for an assigned portfolio to maintain uninterrupted supply of finished goods and materials
  • Communicate weekly and daily demand requirements to suppliers and adjust volumes based on updated supply plans
  • Place purchase orders in compliance with agreed rules and ensure alignment with supplier agreements
  • Execute and communicate safety stock levels for raw materials and finished goods to support service and continuity targets
  • Act as primary operational contact for suppliers, resolving availability issues and escalating long‑term supply constraints when required
  • Track, analyze, and report supplier performance using standard metrics including on‑time and in‑full delivery, lead time compliance, price variance, and past‑due orders
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier master data, including lead times, minimum order quantities, and replenishment parameters
  • Lead supplier-facing and internal continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk, optimize cost, and improve execution

What You Will Need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and French

Preferred:

  • Experience in supplier relationship management
  • Experience working with enterprise resource planning systems
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or aerospace
  • Experience applying continuous improvement or cost reduction methodologies

Salary information will be provided during the recruitment process.

Travel Percentage: 10%
