Senior Business Program Coordinator, Field Real Estate

The Senior Business Program Coordinator, Field Real Estate plays a key role in supporting and optimizing our national real estate portfolio. In this role, you’ll partner closely with field leaders to define project needs, coordinate execution, and ensure our locations are positioned for long term success. You’ll anticipate occupancy challenges, propose creative and cost-effective solutions, and streamline processes that drive efficiency across the portfolio.

You’ll collaborate with home office partners to move projects forward, keep timelines on track, and deliver a seamless experience for the field. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, operational excellence, and working cross functionally to support a dynamic real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the coordination of Field Real Estate projects. Document and maintain business project plans, and goals, roles and processes to clarify scope, schedule, and budget. Manage requirements, timelines, and milestone accomplishments to ensure timely execution of assigned projects and programs.
  • Continually maintain a strong partnership with sites, field staff and leaders to proactively identify changes, issues, occupancy challenges and out-of-cycle requirements, and propose solutions.
  • Gather information and track and analyze data as needed to prepare recommendations and summaries. Manage database and excel information to ensure accuracy of reporting. Provide support for real estate projects, portfolio strategies, and assigned programs in support of Field Real Estate.
  • Post-implementation results monitoring and adjustment. Continually seek creative solutions with home office partners to provide best value solutions in support of advisors and staff.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent.
  • Relevant Experience Required - 3 to 5 years minimum
  • Experience with commercial real estate property management and/or commercial real estate construction projects.
  • High level skill with Excel; ability to easily learn proprietary software; foundational knowledge of construction drawings, documentation, construction symbols, and commercial office property operations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to direct team activities


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AAG field operations, advisors and staff.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $71,300 - $98,100 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
