The People & Culture division is responsible for helping to keep EnterpriseSG ahead of the curve. We do this by ensuring we have the right talent, and our people are growing, recognised and fulfilled.

[What you will be working on]

Responsibilities
As (Senior) Business Partner, People & Culture (Talent Acquistion), you are responsible for building Enterprise Singapore's talent pipeline by attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier professionals across diverse functions and seniority levels. You will develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to support EnterpriseSG's mission of growing Singapore enterprises and positioning Singapore as a global business hub, ensuring the organisation has the right talent to drive economic development initiatives. 

Specifically, you will:

  • Source and attract high-calibre candidates for various roles across ESG through multiple channels including executive search, professional networks, and digital platforms
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for vacancies to be hired 
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and create compelling job specifications
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments including interviews, competency evaluations, and reference checks
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to enhance Enterprise Singapore's employer brand
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to optimise talent acquisition strategies
  • Stay updated on talent market trends and competitive intelligence to enhance recruitment approaches

[What we are looking for]

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent market dynamics
  • Experience recruiting across diverse functions in the Singapore government sector (advantageous), including business development, policy, operations, and technical roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage candidates at all levels
  • Strong assessment and interviewing skills with ability to evaluate cultural fit and competencies
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment compliance requirements
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
