Senior Business Growth Strategy Consultant - Advisor Development

You will also be responsible for leading and facilitating sessions for the Core Advisor Development Program (CADP), serving as a subject matter expert in financial advisor practice management, products, services, and planning to coach and train advisors. Additionally, you will lead Premier Advisor (located in bank branches) coaching sessions in small groups and one on one settings.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide coaching support within the CADP program supporting all PCG, Premier and Hub advisors
  • Lead and facilitate CADP breakout sessions and capstones
  • Lead and facilitate Premier Advisor coaching sessions (small group and 1:1)
  • Partner closely with the other coaches on the CADP team and the Consumer Bank Affluent Segment team to train and develop Premier Advisors on the branch roles, responsibilities, and routines
  • Coach and train advisors as a subject matter expert in practice management, products, services, and planning
  • Lead or participate in planning and execution of Business Growth Strategy activities and projects that directly support or assist in implementation and optimization of efforts for growth opportunities in an assigned market
  • Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and policies within Business Growth Strategy functional area
  • Development strategies to enhance sales in a designated market and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in Business Growth Strategy operations, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with Business Growth Strategy managers, colleagues, stakeholders, bankers, financial advisors, and both business and community leaders, including internal or external customers to grow market share and meet customer needs
  • Lead Business Growth Strategy development projects
  • Serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Instructional design, development, and execution experience to deliver training sessions
  • Experience facilitating advisor training or coaching sessions
  • Wealth Management or Consumer Banking experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with key branch platforms and systems, including Advisor Gateway, InfoMax, and Client Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges
  • Relationship-building skills with internal partners to drive growth
  • Deep understanding of compliance communication requirements
  • Commitment to compliance and risk management in all business activities
  • Series 7 license

Job Expectations:

  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$87,000.00 - $154,000.00
