About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant who is a fully qualified, seasoned professional responsible for independently leading complex business execution initiatives with increased scope, impact, and decision‑making authority. This role provides consultative support to business leaders, drives execution of strategic initiatives, manages moderate‑to‑high risk deliverables, and leads process improvement efforts that support business performance, risk mitigation, and customer experience. 

The role operates with limited supervision, exercises independent judgment, and serves as a subject matter expert within the Meetings & Events function, including event technology, digital solutions, and operational execution. 


In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex business execution initiatives to support business objectives, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation 

  • Independently assess business performance, compliance metrics, and operational risks; identify root causes and recommend remediation strategies 

  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches that improve processes, controls, and execution outcomes 

  • Provide consultative guidance to business partners and leaders using data‑driven insights and enterprise perspective 

  • Serve as a subject matter expert within the Meetings & Events function, including event technology and digital solutions 

  • Design, build, and oversee moderate to highly complex event registration websites, mobile applications, and surveys 

  • Lead usability testing, quality assurance, and readiness reviews from staging through go‑live 

  • Resolve complex technical issues and escalations using root cause analysis and sustainable solution design 

  • Collaborate and consult with cross‑functional partners including planners, marketers, technology teams, and vendors 

  • Provide work direction, coaching, and technical guidance to less experienced Business Execution staff 

  • Prepare, analyze, and interpret KPIs, data quality metrics, and performance indicators to inform business decisions 

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with operational execution, digital platforms, and attendee data 

  • Ensure adherence to operational processes, policies, and risk controls; report inconsistencies and drive remediation 

  • Support complex attendee management activities including registration data, lodging, travel, and communications 

  • Champion operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives 

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or higher 

  • Candidate must have 4+ years of experience in Meetings & Events, hospitality, or event registration management 

  • Advanced expertise in event management platforms such as Cvent, Lanyon, and/or Aventri 

  • Strong technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Microsoft Office 

  • Advanced experience in UI/UX design, digital marketing, event technology solutions, Adobe Creative Suite, and API integrations 

  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and KPI interpretation skills 

  • Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management capabilities 

  • Ability to mentor and provide work direction to junior team members 

  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive problem solver 

  • Patient, empathetic, and service‑oriented mindset with strong time management skills 

  • Willingness to work graveyard shift and be onsite at Five Neo, BGC & McKinley Hill
